PIPOL Manpower & General Services was established on January 10, 2005 as sole proprietorship registered in the name of Mr. Alvin S. Domingo. And on January 12, 2012 PIPOL were duly approved by Securities and Exchange Commission as corporation with the name of PIPOL MANPOWER & GENERAL SERVICES, INC.
And the names of Directors and Officers are:

Payroll Management
- We do payroll preparation and distribution, minimizing burden to the company (client).
- We have ATM Card management, thus employee enjoy portability of card in cash withdrawal anywhere.
- We pay our personnel on time then bill the client after.
- We process remittances for government mandated social benefits like SSS, PHILHEALTH and PAGIBIG.
Payroll, Billing & Service Fees
- We pay our deployed workers on a weekly or semi-monthly basis depending on the mutual agreement with the client.
- All billing statements are submitted to the client based on agreement.
- Billing shall be paid as per agreement with the client.
- Entire billing rate covers the workers’ hourly, daily, semi-monthly rates or piece rate, government mandated benefits contribution and other administrative costs.
